In alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 5 (Gender Equality), Al-Zahraa University for Women demonstrated a distinguished presence during the second day of the "Ain Al-Hayat" Festival.
The university’s participation showcased a holistic academic vision that bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. Engineering students presented innovative electronic devices, embodying Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) and highlighting the pivotal role of women in STEM fields. Simultaneously, the Department of Art Education enriched the event with visual arts and sculptures that reflect cultural identity and creative skill.
The Department of Student Activities contributed an inspiring theatrical performance emphasizing the harmony between academic excellence and moral values. Furthermore, the "Nahj al-Balagha" Department engaged the public in intellectual and religious discourse, strengthening community awareness. Coordinated by the Media and Public Relations Department, this participation reaffirms the university’s commitment to building a knowledge-based society and fostering strategic partnerships (Goal 17) to achieve long-term sustainable development.
