Under the auspices of the President of Al-Zahra University for Women, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, and the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Iman Samir Bahia, the Department of English, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Center, organized a scientific workshop entitled: "You Are the Decision: Self-Development and Shaping Your Future."

This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 5 (Gender Equality), by fostering an environment of female empowerment and lifelong learning. The workshop, presented by Asst. Lect. Fatima Ali Abdullah, addressed several pivotal themes:

Cognitive and Skill Empowerment: Strengthening students' capacity for strategic decision-making within academic and professional contexts.

Personal Strategic Planning: Promoting a culture of long-term planning as an essential tool for sustainable career growth.

Human Capital Investment: Highlighting methods to refine student talents to meet the evolving demands of the global labor market.
